As an Analyst, Process and System Expertise (WMS/ERP), you act as the technological pillar of the distribution center by supporting critical systems and optimizing processes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your mission is to translate data into strategic visibility to maximize the potential of our tools.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or a related field.
  • Degree (DEC or Bachelor's) in logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in advanced Excel functions and complex systems (WMS/ERP).
  • Technical curiosity, data integrity rigor, and agility in managing priorities.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyze databases.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to use visualization tools such as SQL or Power BI for database analysis.
  • Aptitude for algorithmic logic or knowledge of programming.

Responsibilities

  • Support floor teams in the optimal use of WMS/RMS while resolving first-level technical issues.
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of the new Returns Management System (RMS) as project lead.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by mapping processes and applying Lean principles to eliminate waste.
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to ensure clear visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage technical escalations with software providers to ensure business continuity.
  • Analyze variance reports to validate receiving integrity and configure system put-away logic.
  • Extract data from the LMS to produce productivity reports and investigate unusual delays.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create custom decision-making tools and identify data needs.
  • Develop and lead training programs to ensure staff adoption of new technological tools.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departmental technology implementations.
