About The Position

As part of the Capital Markets team, the Analyst/Sr Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful and timely execution of financings for the company. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, including project finance debt, bridge facilities, LC facilities, bonds, corporate debt, tax equity, and other structured capital solutions. The level of this position can be flexible depending on experience level. As part of collaborative deal teams, the Analyst/Sr Analyst will focus on work streams such as modeling and analysis, due diligence, and deal documentation. This role offers a rich learning opportunity and has the scope to take on more responsibility over time, with the vision that the person will ultimately lead financings. We are seeking a team player who is proactive in solving issues and identifying opportunities, with strong attention to detail and ownership under pressure. The successful candidate will collaborate closely across the company, help to improve company processes, and contribute to our positive culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in data center/power/infrastructure/real estate.
  • Transaction experience required; relevant experience includes project finance debt, tax equity, infrastructure debt, project bonds, structured finance, or data center finance.
  • Expert in MS Excel.
  • Ownership mentality; comfort with communicating ideas and taking initiative.
  • Self-motivated to do high quality work under tight deadlines and across multiple live transactions.
  • Avid learner.

Nice To Haves

  • VBA knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support capital formation as part of deal teams, including financial modeling and analytic tasks, leading due diligence processes, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation.
  • Overcome issues and help drive execution for financial close.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships externally and across the company.
  • Collaborate to support drawings/fundings, including funding requests, flow of funds, closing deliverables, and coordination with agents.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, O&M, and asset management, on a variety of work streams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes.
