About The Position

This position is responsible for processing customer purchase orders, maintaining internal and customer systems and providing commercial administrative sales support within the Business Unit and collaborating with the sales team. Additionally, supporting the development of pricing on change control, achieving annual sales task targets, and measuring performance of customers for Customer Preference Matrix. Begin development of all relationships internally and externally with front line purchasing, quality, and other customer functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required (high preference in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing)
  • 1-3 years of sales, purchasing, cost estimating, finance, customer relations/support or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with systems used for data and file entry, task management and queries.
  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets to summarize large quantities of data, use of pivot tables, etc.
  • Solves complex problems and presents a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professional with customers, plant personnel and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • BLCP (back-log cycle plan) document maintenance and control
  • Market share Competitor allocations
  • Average price by commodity
  • Global revenue and total addressable market
  • Maintain competitor information in BLCP files
  • Maintain average price information in BLCP files
  • Maintain market share for CS and Competitors in BLCP files
  • Maintain global market revenue for fluids via BLCP files
  • Campfire price maintenance and index validation
  • Pricing Volume Platform harmonization with BLCP
  • Maintain and keep validated all price bump charts.
  • Process customer purchase orders and customer bump charts.
  • Provide administrative support within the Business Unit including assigned tasks to conduct complex analysis of commercial data.
  • Ability to drive best practices and improvements to commercial systems.
  • Process production and/or service piece price and tooling purchase orders
  • Support annual budget review with full price confirmation across all part numbers in campfire
  • Maintain and keep master list of indices on all saleable parts numbers with customer
  • Support Account Managers to maintain full long range plan (LRP) forecast in Campfire with accurate program and part information.
  • Support TS review audit of sales processes
  • Learn, understand, and execute within internal systems and procedures such as Windchill, PDMLink, enterProj, AutoQuote, Net New Business, Vanguard, Sales Release (ST1), WERS (an example of one of many), TeamCenter and SharePoint and Teams
  • Create, develop maintain necessary Sales reports (ex: Bar charts/AM reports/CF)
  • Data, charts, graphs, support for PPT’s.
