Design and evolve sales and marketing dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics to support agile decision making. Proactively analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. Manage sales commission reporting and validation, coordinating with payroll to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with sales performance.
