About The Position

The Analyst, Revenue Systems & Automation is a technical owner of PetScreening's go-to-market technology stack. The role configures, automates, and scales HubSpot, connected GTM tools, and the data flows between those systems and the Snowflake data warehouse. Revenue technology is treated as an internal product, with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Client Experience teams as its users; the goal is to make their systems fast, reliable, and easy to use. The analyst joins an existing peer in Revenue Systems & Automation, increasing the team's capacity to deliver systems projects. The role works closely with Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, and Data Engineering. Success in the first year means owning defined systems and automation projects end to end, improving CRM scalability and data quality, increasing day-to-day HubSpot adoption, and contributing to written 2027 OKRs set with the manager. PetScreening is a SaaS company providing a screening platform for property managers and housing providers to manage residents' pets and assistance animals. Its mission is to advocate responsible pet ownership and help validate legitimate assistance animal accommodation requests. The company describes a hybrid work schedule with select optional remote work days and has a pet-friendly office in Mooresville, North Carolina.
