This role facilitates policy-focused discussions between MISO and stakeholders on energy industry matters, plans and manages the annual meeting schedule for various functional groups, and supports agenda development, material reviews, and process guidance for external entity leadership and MISO liaisons. The analyst will advise MISO staff on stakeholder engagement strategies and issue resolution, manage meeting logistics, and develop and maintain issue tracking tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Communication and coordination across MISO departments are key to ensuring effective issue tracking and resolution, while providing an excellent customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and governance structures.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in parliamentary procedures and stakeholder relationship management.

AI tool experience preferred
Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.
