The position provides services and support as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager within the Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services / Program Governance functional area, focusing on Risk Management solutions. The role involves delivering bankable, technically defensible Independent Engineering advisory services by converting discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs. The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will serve as a Specialist (Labor Category: Senior Consultant II) on a team providing Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. This includes coordinating communications between DOE, applicants, EPC contractors, legal counsel, engineering staff, and consultants, as well as coordinating engineers, loan officers, legal counsel, applicants, EPC contractors, and external consultants.
