•$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

DESRI seeks talented, intellectually curious, and highly motivated individuals interested in launching their careers in renewable energy and infrastructure. The company welcomes applications from undergraduate and graduate students approaching graduation who are interested in exploring full-time opportunities across its Physical teams. DESRI's Physical teams span Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery. Together, these teams support the development, design, construction, delivery, and operation of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects throughout the United States. Analysts work alongside experienced professionals to evaluate opportunities, solve complex problems, and support projects across various stages of the renewable energy lifecycle. Team placement may depend on individual interests, academic background, and business needs. This posting identifies emerging talent for potential full-time opportunities rather than recruiting for a single team or immediate opening. Specific team placement, responsibilities, office location, and anticipated start dates will depend on business needs and candidate qualifications. DESRI's Recruiting team will review applications and connect with candidates whose interests and experience align with current or anticipated opportunities.
