Requirements

College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative, technical, or related field is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
Support analytical workflows and reporting processes.
Assist with data matching, quality checks, and automation initiatives.
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
Analyze cyber-related data, including vulnerabilities, incidents, and technology dependencies.
Support research on emerging cyber threats and trends.
Help develop insights that support cyber risk assessments and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with cyber threat intelligence specialists and analytics professionals.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Support portfolio and risk analyses.
Help prepare materials for internal and client presentations.
Work with colleagues across analytics, cybersecurity, and reinsurance teams.
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in team discussions and cross-functional projects.
Build relationships across Aon's global organization.
Gain exposure to client-facing work and business strategy.
