About The Position
Do you want to be part of a team that is shaping and delivering solutions to meet the growing performance measurement and analytics needs of the enterprise? We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to join the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) team. As a key member of the PMA Performance Specialist team, the Analyst, Performance Measurement & Analysis will contribute to the expansion, enhancement, and ongoing support of Fidelity's Performance Measurement and Analysis initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5 years of progressive financial services, experience in investment performance measurement, reporting, and analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work collaboratively, to interact and build strong working relationships within the team and with key partners and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences ranging from software engineers to business executives.
Nice To Haves
- Progress towards/interest in pursuing a CFA or CIPM a plus.
