Analyst, Office of the CEO

ON.energy•Miami, FL

About The Position

ON.energy is hiring an Analyst for its Office of the CEO, which keeps company leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors aligned through recurring reporting, the OKR process, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. The Analyst will own the Office’s recurring reporting workstreams and support the Chief of Staff with strategic analysis. The role works directly with the CFO, COO, CTO, and leaders in Sales, People, Tax, and Corporate Development to source, validate, analyze, and present information. Reporting is the core responsibility throughout the role; as the Analyst develops command of that work, they will also take on business cases, market analysis, and strategic initiatives. The Analyst owns production of the monthly Board report, prepares quarterly Board materials, maintains OKR tracking and reporting, researches the competitive landscape for medium-voltage UPS and AI data center power, and supports executive communications. Over time, the role also builds financial models, market sizing, and scenario analyses; develops decision memos and presentations; and owns defined workstreams within the Chief of Staff’s strategic initiatives. Success is expected to develop in stages: within 90 days, run a monthly Board report cycle with supervision and take over OKR data collection; within six months, own the monthly Board report and OKR tracking end to end, deliver a quarterly Board pack, and produce the competitive intelligence report with light review; and within 12 months, operate the reporting rhythm efficiently and reliably while contributing to strategic analysis through owned workstreams.

  • High standards for final deliverables, including consistent formatting and terminology.

  • Maintain the company’s OKR tracking system in SharePoint and Power BI, coordinate monthly data collection, process change requests, and prepare progress reporting for executives and the Board.
  • Research and write a monthly competitive intelligence report on the medium-voltage UPS and AI data center power markets, including product launches, pricing signals, customer wins, regulatory developments, and implications for ON.energy.
