As an Analyst on our Loan Originations team, you'll sit at the heart of our business — underwriting loan applications, supporting dealership partners, and becoming a go-to expert on our platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves solving problems in real time, and is genuinely excited about how technology — including AI — can make lending smarter and faster.

Requirements

  • Sharp attention to detail with demonstrated ability to assess financial documentation accurately under time pressure.
  • AI-curious and tech-forward: you actively explore new tools, experiment with automation, and look for smarter, faster ways to work. Bonus points if you've integrated AI assistants into your daily workflow.
  • True self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do. You spot a gap, take ownership, and fill it.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex financial concepts for a range of audiences, from dealership salespeople to senior management.
  • Experience in team-based, fast-paced environments; background in financial services, automotive lending, or fintech is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working occasional Saturdays in exchange for a weekday off — our dealership partners don't take weekends off, and neither do great deals.
  • Genuine curiosity about the non-prime lending space and a desire to understand not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind our credit decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (an asset, not a requirement — we care more about what you can do).

Responsibilities

  • Underwrite live loan applications end-to-end, from initial submission through credit adjudication to funded deal.
  • Serve as the primary contact for dealership partners via phone and email, building relationships and resolving deal-level inquiries in real time.
  • Educate dealership staff on our platform, credit processes, and best practices to reduce friction and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Review funding documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring every deal meets our standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new dealership partners, setting the tone for a strong long-term relationship.
  • Identify points of friction across the originations workflow and bring forward practical solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing and engagement strategies that improve dealer onboarding efficiency and retention.
  • Deliver on team KPIs consistently — and look for ways to push past them.
