About The Position

AMC Global Media is seeking an Analyst, Linear to join its Media Operations & Engineering team in New York, NY. The role supports content readiness and digital supply chain operations by acquiring, validating, ordering, ingesting, and maintaining content materials and digital media assets. It also involves maintaining operational tracking records and coordinating with licensors, distribution partners, and internal teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, compliant, and ready for transmission and distribution.

Nice To Haves

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
One year of programming operations-related work experience within a television network or film studio.
Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, or a comparable field.

Responsibilities

Acquire, order, and validate supporting materials—including raw artwork, raw metadata, captions, and ancillary assets—from internal teams and external licensors.
Order, ingest, and maintain digital media assets in internal systems to support archival, version control, and future platform expansions across brands.
Create, update, and audit tracking documents and databases, including Media Pulse, Portal, and delivery logs, to maintain accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and confirmations with external licensors and distribution partners, and resolve delivery issues before deadlines are affected.
Collaborate with Broadcasting & Technology, Programming, Scheduling, Standards & Practices, and Delivery teams to prepare content for final transmission and align it with distribution and compliance needs.
