About The Position

AMC Global Media is seeking an Analyst, Linear to join its Media Operations & Engineering team in New York, NY. The role supports the media supply chain by acquiring and validating content materials, managing digital assets, maintaining operational tracking data, coordinating with vendors and distribution partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure content is ready for transmission and distribution.

Nice To Haves

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
One year of programming operations-related work experience within a television network or film studio is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in film, communications, or a comparable field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Acquire, order, and validate supporting materials—including raw artwork, raw metadata, captions, and ancillary assets—from internal teams and external licensors to ensure content is complete, compliant, and delivery-ready.
Order, ingest, and maintain digital media assets within internal systems to support archival, version control, and future platform expansions across brands.
Create, update, and audit tracking documents and databases, including Media Pulse, Portal, and delivery logs, to maintain data accuracy, visibility, and accountability across the digital supply chain.
Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, and confirmations with external licensors and distribution partners, and resolve delivery issues before deadlines are affected.
Work with Broadcasting & Technology, Programming, Scheduling, Standards & Practices, and Delivery teams to ensure content is ready for final transmission and meets distribution and compliance needs.
