This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions, optimizing business processes, and driving automation across the Customer Experience function and its cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with a strong analytical mindset to transform raw data into actionable intelligence and scalable, repeatable processes. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and process optimization — requiring someone who is equally comfortable writing complex queries, building enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, and architecting automation workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
