Learn: SD-WAN and Multi-Cloud secure connections Cloud-based firewalls, IDS & IPS Enterprise Network Enterprise Wi-Fi & BLE Remote Access Implement: Products – Ciena, VeloCloud, Zscaler, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 Cloud – Azure, AWS, OCI Interconnections, Firewalls & Web Application Firewalls Operational Support: Participate 24x7 scheduled On-call rotation Handle trouble ticket escalations from Service Desk, other IT teams or Business Units Drive escalations to resolution with technologies vendors Own Root Cause Analysis and Long-Term Fix Automation: Orchestration & Configuration Management – Terraform & Ansible Documentation: Generate & maintain via Agora, SharePoint Online and JIRA

Requirements

  • B.S. degree computer science, related degree or relevant experience
  • 5 - 8 years concentrated experience in the area of IT Network Infrastructure
  • Require active working experience with network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, or firewalls solutions
  • Strong knowledge of firewall management – Palo Alto or FortiGate
  • Experienced in network troubleshooting tools (Protocol Analysis hardware/software & packet sniffer)
  • Strong interpersonal skill with emphasis on collaboration, communication & organization
  • Reliable work ethic to drive commitments to deliverables
  • Open-minded to accept feedback to adjust then grow
  • Be a Change Advocate to think and do things differently
  • Growth mindset to keep learning

Nice To Haves

  • Firewall, Wireless technology certifications desired, but not required
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS or OCI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate 24x7 scheduled On-call rotation
