About The Position

We're looking for a Learning Development Analyst who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and supporting employee development. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze, design, develop, and maintain classroom and web-based training programs that build capability across the organization.

Requirements

  • Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Previous directly related experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate information, respond to questions, and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying InfoMapping principles and tools.
  • Experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning development platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale learning initiatives or corporate training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training solutions that align with business objectives and identified training requirements.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials that meet established instructional design and development standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, project activities, and training development milestones to support successful program delivery.
  • Utilize instructional technologies and learning development tools, including eLearning platforms, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to learning programs and materials.
  • Apply independent judgment and problem-solving skills to develop solutions, address challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
