About The Position

The Specialist II, Learning and Development will perform routine new hire onboarding in support of the Strategic Sales team. This role will also play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team through the delivery of comprehensive training programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum three years experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area
Applies understanding of business drivers
Responsible for providing guidance for colleagues with less experience
Solves problems in straightforward situations
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Intermediate Customer Relation Management (CRM) software preferred.
Basic knowledge of fuel and trucking industry preferred
Thorough knowledge of company products and offerings

Responsibilities

Facilitate the training of new Sales representatives on sales techniques, standard operating procedures, sales specific technology, and customer service best practices.
Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises that foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and skill application.
Maintain team member training records
Collect feedback from participants and management to continuously improve training programs and measure their impact on sales performance.
Follow the training curriculum as assigned.
