Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in audit, data analysis, claims processing, or a similar function is a plus.
• Familiarity with audit processes or financial recovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data to identify discrepancies and recover overpayments
• Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation to validate claims
• Generate, document, and submit claims in accordance with company standards
• Update and manage information in the claims management system
• Communicate with vendors to provide backup documentation and resolve inquiries
• Prepare and send claim packages to vendors and/or clients
• Pull documents from buyers, contracts, and internal systems as needed
• Support the audit team in various project activities
• Respond to vendor inquiries with clear, professional written communication
• Investigate and resolve issues related to client procedures or business operations
• Meet productivity and quality targets for both volume and financial value of claims
• Ensure deadlines and timelines for audit cycles are met consistently
• Contribute to process improvements and share audit best practices
• Other duties as assigned
