About The Position

The Analyst I Business Process Transactions role supports reinsurance accounting and administration for DXC’s Insurance Software & BPS – Insurance offering. The position processes premium and claims transactions using TAI systems, performs general ledger reconciliations and financial analysis, and reviews and administers reinsurance treaties and cessions. It also manages claims recoverables in accordance with treaty terms and works directly with clients to administer blocks of reinsured policies, address operational needs, and support accurate, compliant ongoing administration of reinsurance programs.

Requirements

Experience with TAI, including premium and claims processing.
Reinsurance accounting experience, including general ledger reconciliations and related financial analysis.
Reinsurance administration experience, including the review and administration of treaties, cessions, and claims recoverables.
Experience working directly with clients to manage and administer blocks of reinsured policies, address operational needs, and support ongoing reinsurance administration.

Responsibilities

Process premium and claims transactions using TAI systems.
Perform general ledger reconciliations related to reinsurance accounting.
Conduct financial analysis to support reinsurance accounting activities.
Review and administer reinsurance treaties and cessions.
Manage and process claims recoverables in accordance with treaty terms.
Work directly with clients to manage and administer blocks of reinsured policies.
Address client operational needs related to reinsurance administration.
Support ongoing administration of reinsurance programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
