The Analyst I, Analytics & Insights provides foundational analytical support through high-quality data preparation and basic analyses. This role supports the Analytics & Insights team by delivering accurate data sets and simple insights that inform marketing, sales, and finance decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop analytics skills.
• Clear documentation and communication.
• Team orientation and reliability.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, joins, and validates datasets from internal and external sources.
• Prepares datasets and basic analyses according to defined requirements.
• Builds simple analytics deliverables (tables, charts, dashboards) from provided specifications.
• Performs basic descriptive analyses (trends, variances) and clearly documents findings.
• Follows established analytics standards, templates, and documentation practices.
• Supports senior analysts with data preparation and analysis tasks.
• Proactively flags data quality issues and inconsistencies.
