About The Position

We are looking for a Global Inventory Management Analyst who will be part of the Inventory Planning team, Parts and Accessories, and who will play a crucial role in delivering analysis and recommendations to optimize the Global inventory while ensuring Parts and Accessories availability to our customers. In collaboration with multiple teams, such as Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, Finance, and Regional teams, you will help define and enforce strategies for healthy inventory based on best practices. As part of your role, you will be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and customer promise.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or experience in business administration, operations/supply chain management, business intelligence, or related fields
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis, supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake
  • A process improvement mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Powerful storytelling accompanied by proficient written and oral communication skills (French/English)
  • Naturally rigorous and well‑organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to have fun at work is a must ;)
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management to deliver adapted key messages or results

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices (strong asset)
  • Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in multiple parts of the world
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to management
  • Maintain and document the configuration of inventory parameters in SAP IBP to achieve targeted business objectives (system fill rate, safety stocks, inventory levels, lot size, etc.)
  • Interpret data, analyze results using analytics and research methodologies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide ongoing reports
  • Deliver ongoing improvement and redefinition of our tools and processes to support elaborate deployment and inventory policies
  • Participate in the elaboration of initiatives and tools to optimize and balance our inventory across the world in alignment with our system fill rate objectives
  • Support the deployment and inventory planning team with their day-to-day requirements to achieve this organization’s goals and objectives
