About The Position

SEACORP is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of the Government Property Management program. This person will be a member of the Contracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management and physical audit functions in a company-wide role. The role involves assisting in the implementation and administration of SEACORP’s Property Management System, learning to operate and administer the eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software, and developing knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors. The analyst will collaborate with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records and proper asset custodianship, serve as a resource for Logisticians, provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance, and conduct physical inventories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, OR Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Candidates with comparable level of work/military experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a program management environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to tasking changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with PIEE.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.
  • 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with Associate's degree.
  • As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP’s Property Management System.
  • Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator.
  • Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors.
  • Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained.
  • Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas.
  • Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed.
  • Conduct physical inventories.
