Requirements

  • A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects.
  • Strong quantitative and research skills, including analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • The ability to conduct targeted research to address client challenges.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to continuously learn.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
  • A strong academic track record, with demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • At least a 3.3 GPA or higher in their most recent degree to be considered.
  • Candidates who will require future visa sponsorship must have a STEM-eligible degree and at least 36 months of valid post-graduation work authorization, such as F-1 OPT, to join the firm.

  • Relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven models to address complex economic and financial problems using tools such as SAS, R, Stata, Python.
  • Conduct research using academic and industry literature, publicly available data sources, and client materials; and synthesize findings to inform case strategy and analysis.
  • Assist in drafting expert reports, presentations, and internal memoranda, and help prepare materials for client and case team meetings.
  • Engage regularly with colleagues at all levels through case work and have an opportunity to interact directly with clients.
  • Contribute to firm life by participating in recruiting, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives; pro bono work; and other business development activities.
