About The Position

Analyst, EDI II wanted by a health insurance company (McLean, VA). Manage the technical efforts associated with implementing complex Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Web Services trading partners. Provide HIPAA compliant guidance about MPI requirements and industry standard for EDI protocols. Conduct system testing and in-depth analysis. Telecommuting is available. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics or closely related
• Three years of experience in the job offered or closely related role
• Three years of experience in Healthcare IT claims processing
• Three years of experience in HIPAA regulations
• Three years of experience in FHIR
• Three years of experience in EDIFECS Specbuilder
• Three years of experience in SQL
• Three years of experience in EDI
• Three years of experience in HL7
