This is your chance to be part of a Global Distribution Team that is an important part of Hilton's Commercial Services organization around the world. As a Distribution Operations Analyst, you will support the team responsible for booking channel management and negotiations, booking channel optimization and operations, and services including payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third-party channels driving business to Hilton's hotels globally. On the Distribution Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Distribution Operations you will work on internal systems support and revenue analysis results to the hotel management team. The results impact availability and revenue production. Additionally, you will identify and implement efficiencies. These efficiencies use automation or streamlining to save time and money or generate additional revenues. What you'll do during a typical day: Provide support to internal and external customers to ensure optimal display or effectively resolve related inquiries across third-party channels. Create and maintain hotel-level Operations guides, initiatives, and training material including regular review for content relevancy. Conduct regular channel audits and follow established QA process for resolving system issues. How you'll collaborate with others: Work with other corporate teams on special project requests that impact Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution System (GDS), and third-party distribution channels. Collaborate with other teams to craft strategies and achieve breakthroughs that support the wider Commercial Services objectives. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Support other tasks when demand is high by sharing the workload regardless of your core team responsibilities.
