About The Position

The Distribution Analyst will support Customer Service Operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting tools that analyze weekly and monthly KPIs. This role is responsible for transforming large datasets into clear, actionable insights through dashboards and automated reporting solutions. This is a hands-on, analytical role focused on data accuracy, visualization, and continuous improvement. The analyst will partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual, repetitive tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field).
  • 1 -3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Experience working with large datasets and KPI-driven reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs into reporting and visualizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Hana PS4, and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting for Customer Service Operations.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into operational performance.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Validate data integrity across multiple data sources and escalate discrepancies as identified.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support evolving reporting needs.
  • Support documentation of reporting processes, logic, and data definitions.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
