The Quality Specialist supports daily operational quality requirements, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. This role involves performing process audits, collecting and analyzing quality data, generating daily reports for the operations team, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts using Lean methodologies. The Quality Specialist actively participates in Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and other Continuous Improvement activities to foster operational excellence and consistent adherence to established processes.
