About The Position

Stream Realty Partners is hiring an Analyst for its Digital Infrastructure Team, which focuses on mission-critical digital infrastructure, including data centers, hyperscale campuses, AI training and inference facilities, and other power-intensive real estate. This role is suited to someone eager to grow in an entrepreneurial environment and combines operational rigor with curiosity about AI and the compute-driven real estate landscape. The Analyst will support client pursuits and deal execution while helping develop tools and processes that improve the team’s effectiveness. The role also builds working knowledge of leasing, tenant representation, and commercial real estate fundamentals, and contributes to research and platform development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; Spring 2027 graduates or earlier are eligible.
Strength in organization, process improvement, and building scalable workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation through work, projects, or coursework.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, research, and synthesizing findings into clear deliverables.
Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous internship experience.
Experience with CRM, project management, or workflow platforms; monday.com experience is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of data centers, powered land, infrastructure, or related real estate transactions; internships, coursework, and projects count.
Claude experience; tool-agnostic thinking is valued.

Responsibilities

Support brokers on client pursuits, deal execution, and process development.
Build working knowledge of leasing, tenant representation, and commercial real estate fundamentals.
Track and follow through on pursuits, clients, deals, timelines, deadlines, and internal requests.
Manage and improve the workflow stack, including monday.com, CRM, and related tools; maintain clean data and timely updates.
Coordinate with brokers, leadership, marketing, and business development support on pitches and pursuits.
Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and automations to streamline recurring workflows.
Contribute to research and platform development, including interactive infrastructure maps and periodic market reports.
