About The Position

The Analyst will support Stream Realty Partners’ Digital Infrastructure Team, which focuses on mission-critical digital infrastructure, including data centers, hyperscale campuses, AI training and inference facilities, and other power-intensive real estate. The role supports client pursuits and deal execution while helping develop tools and processes that improve the team’s efficiency. It is suited to an organized candidate interested in AI and the changing compute-driven real estate landscape. The Analyst will work with brokers and other internal teams, build knowledge of leasing and commercial real estate, manage pursuit and deal workflows, and contribute to research and platform development. This is an onsite position. Applicants are asked to complete a Culture Index survey within 48 hours of submitting their application.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; Spring 2027 graduates or earlier are eligible.
Demonstrated strength in organization, process improvement, and building scalable workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation through work, projects, or coursework.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, conducting research, and synthesizing findings into clear deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous internship experience.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude; tool-agnostic thinking is valued.
Experience with CRM, project management, or workflow platforms; monday.com experience is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of data centers, powered land, infrastructure, or related real estate transactions; internships, coursework, and projects count.

Responsibilities

Support brokers on client pursuits, deal execution, and process development.
Build working knowledge of leasing, tenant representation, and commercial real estate fundamentals.
Track and follow through on pursuits, clients, deals, timelines, deadlines, and internal requests.
Manage and improve workflow tools, including monday.com and CRM systems, while maintaining clean data and timely updates.
Coordinate with brokers, leadership, marketing, and business development support on pitches and pursuits.
Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and automations to streamline recurring workflows.
Contribute to research and platform development, including interactive infrastructure maps and periodic market reports.
