Responsibilities
- Monitor and Report key KPIs and Metrics.
- Manage escalations.
- Track data, manipulate raw data into useful formats, and convert information into performance metrics.
- Monitor accounts, identify areas where risks can be reduced, and ensure reporting accuracy.
