Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible to process and maintain accounts receivable and all related duties.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ related accounting experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Crystal Reporting.

Responsibilities
- Process Account Reconciliations and Collections
- Process Canadian and US deposits
- Review and credit approve customer orders
- Process credit card reconciliations
- Prepare month end files
- Issue Credit Invoices
- Process Dealer Portal Invoices
- Maintain International customer accounts
