About The Position

We’re looking for an Analyst, Business Transformation to join our Financial Services - Business Transformation team in North America. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize Finance and Financial Services processes. This role will support the identification, design, and implementation of policy, process and tooling that both impact revenue and improve operational efficiency - enabling Lightspeed to balance growth and profitability. This role ensures Lightspeed can scale efficiently while delivering a seamless experience to both internal teams and the merchants we serve.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Audit: Review existing policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points.
• Document & Standardize: Create clear documentation and standardized processes and procedures across teams to improve alignment and reduce redundancy.
• Drive Improvements: Identify and recommend scalable solutions, supporting implementation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Measure & Report: Track key metrics in BI tools before and after process changes to quantify the impact of improvements and surface data-driven insights that identify the next opportunity.
• Change Enablement: Work closely with teams on the ground to ensure successful implementation of process changes and facilitate change management, including supporting enablement documentation and assisting with training sessions where needed.
• Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
• Identifying improvement opportunities within Financial Services and surfacing them to the Business Transformation team and leadership.
