About The Position

The Analyst, B2B Content Development will support the creation and execution of American Express’ commercial storytelling assets across channels for a growing pipeline of launches, product refreshes, and enterprise priorities. As part of the broader Brand & Demand Strategy team, this role is actively involved in the end-to-end content development process — supporting steps that include intake and agency briefing, production, approvals, and delivery. Working across Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies, this individual will help bring product solutions to life through smart, engaging storytelling. This includes assets developed for our mid-funnel commercial content platform -- American Express Business Intel, which can include longform articles, explainer graphics and videos, as well as ancillary items to support amplification, such as caption copy and creative for paid media placements and organic social posts. This is an opportunity to build foundational skills in B2B content marketing, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-moving environment.
