About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog Design Manager. In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As an Analog Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

Analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry design, development, modification, and evaluation experience.
Experience evaluating final results of research and development projects.
Experience preparing and presenting reports outlining technical project outcomes.
Experience making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
Experience selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel.
