The Amusements Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting the Amusement Attendant team to cultivate a fun, welcoming, clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready environment across all amusement areas, including the arcade, laser tag, and escape rooms. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and assisting in building schedules to guarantee proper coverage for daily operations, parties, and events. The manager will train new team members, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and meet weekly with the General Manager to discuss staffing, operations, and upcoming priorities. Key responsibilities also include staying updated on games, equipment, and industry trends, promoting the center’s features, managing inventory by ordering supplies and prizes, and inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs for amusement equipment. The manager is expected to lead by example, be visible on the floor to respond to guest needs and resolve issues, operate the POS system for accurate transactions, handle opening and closing duties, enforce safety rules, identify hazards, and monitor guests for rule violations or intoxication.
