About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team at Par Mar Store 165. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store employees to achieve performance goals.
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance.
