This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Ambulatory RN Procedures Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery department. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, collaborating with the care team, and upholding a culture of safety. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as administering medications and treatments. The position requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. The RN must be able to demonstrate knowledge of age-specific care and possess the ability to interpret patient needs across the lifespan. The role may involve floating to other units to meet patient care needs.
