Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Job Description: This is for our new Primary Care office on South Main Street opening up - slated for June or July. Looking for someone with experience starting up a practice. Work with Practice Manager alongside a project manager to get the practice up and running (furniture, IT, equipment, etc.). 6 Providers- expected to see anywhere from 16 - 18 pts/day, 2 APRNs - expected to see anywhere from 12 - 14 pts/day. Hiring appropriate number of clinical staff members to meet the needs of the dept. Involved in hiring/firing of staff along side Director. Nursing ratio - 1: 2 - could be aiming for 3:4 other staffing numbers: 6 MAs, PSRs: 4-5 depending on workload. Practice open M - F 8am -5pm. As a member of the clinical nursing leadership team and in collaboration with Practice Managers, the Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Manager will demonstrate 24-hour accountability for clinical, operational, human resources, and financial management of the EPN/S practice(s). The Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of the nursing and clinical support staff in the EPN/S Practice(s) and is accountable for the delivery of high-quality patient care in a work environment conducive to learning, professional growth, accountability and autonomy.
