Join our Primary Care Clinic at the Hope Drive location, where RNs play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting preventive care and chronic disease management, all within a full‑time, day shift Monday–Friday schedule. Clinic hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m ., offering clinical variety and the stability of a predictable, no‑weekends schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)).
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
