Join our Primary Care Clinic at the Hope Drive location, where RNs play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting preventive care and chronic disease management, all within a full‑time, day shift Monday–Friday schedule. Clinic hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m ., offering clinical variety and the stability of a predictable, no‑weekends schedule.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience.
Associates of Nursing (ASN).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
