About The Position

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of RN experience for this role. This PRN role requires a minimum of one shift every 30 days, with clinic hours Monday–Friday 8am–8pm and weekends 8am–6pm; no call is required, though weekend or holiday shifts may be requested. Requirements

Minimum of two years of RN experience.
Associates of Nursing (ASN) required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Urgent Care or Occupational Health experience preferred.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced primary care walk‑in clinic.
Support 1–2 providers per day.
Offer Occupational Health services.
Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may be required).
Understand the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
