About The Position

The Ambulance Supply Technician assists with the provision and management of medical equipment and supplies through inventory control, procurement, inspection, and compliance processes. The role ensures ambulances are stocked and equipped to meet organizational and state requirements, including confirming onboard medical equipment, oxygen systems, and supplies are functional, available, and compliant with applicable regulations. The position is responsible for vehicle readiness related to equipment and supplies and does not perform mechanical maintenance or vehicle repairs.

Hunter’s Ambulance Service is a licensed commercial ambulance company owned and operated by Hartford HealthCare Emergency Medical Services. It operates six locations across central and southern Connecticut and provides emergency and nonemergency medical care to facilities and communities throughout the state.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
