About The Position

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is hiring part-time Ambassadors for its new East Cobb shop. Ambassadors are front-line shop team members who serve customers, prepare waffle products, operate the register, keep the shop clean, change out ice cream buckets, and handle other related tasks. The role centers on delivering consistent, world-class customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while helping create a welcoming place for conversation and community.

Ambassadors gain real-world business and entrepreneurship experience and may have opportunities for growth within the company. In Atlanta, the estimated average hourly earnings are $18.51, based on the 2026 base pay rate and the 2025 hourly tip average; actual tips may vary. In Georgia, if an Ambassador’s average hourly earnings are below $16 per hour during a two-week pay period, Jeni’s will add the difference to bring the average to $16 per hour for that pay period.

The position requires weekend and late-night availability, including shifts past 11 p.m. Ambassadors should be passionate about community, attentive to detail, willing to clean extensively, able to maintain stamina during long lines, and comfortable working at a fast pace. They should be able to explain what distinguishes Jeni’s ice cream to customers with consistent care, and be reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard each shift. Team members are expected to support their shop team, community, and environment.

Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve ice cream to customers.
• Make waffle products.
• Operate the register.
• Keep the shop clean and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Change out buckets of ice cream.
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every customer.
• Explain to customers what distinguishes Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams from other ice creams.
• Support the shop team and contribute to the community and environment around the shop.
• Perform other important, related shop tasks.
