Requirements

• One or more years of customer service experience
• Must be least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Scheduling flexibility
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights

Nice To Haves

• State driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Ambassadors to the team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day.
• Creating name tags and issuing employee ID badges.
• Coordinating participation in new hire orientation.
• Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perks.
• Complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to Ambassadors.
• Receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system.
• Stock shelves and workstations.
• Distribute, exchange and replace Ambassador uniforms.
• Maintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, nametags and ID cards.
