Guest Services Ambassador
About The Position
Bring your excellent customer service skills to UW Health and set a positive tone for an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to create a welcoming first impression by providing exceptional customer service and assistance to patients at the clinic entrance. This role will assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles, coordinate valet pick-up services, and help navigate the arrival process. Additionally, the Guest Services Ambassador will support patient mobility by assisting with wheelchair transfers and escorting patients to appointments as needed.
