About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Server (On-Call) to provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello. We are looking for an individual with at least 1-2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage who can deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Our property is a leading luxury resort in Central Florida, and we pride ourselves on the service we deliver, which begins with the dedication of our employees. Requirements

Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
Must be available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Thursday and Saturday availability is required

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
Expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
