AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to provide dining support in their breakfast restaurant, Ravello. This role requires prior experience in Food & Beverage and involves assisting food servers and bartenders with serving food, setting up and clearing tables, polishing glassware, stocking the bar and lounge, and organizing the back of house area. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with a large team, and possess a flexible schedule, including availability on Thursdays and Saturdays, with a preference for Friday and Sunday availability. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are required.
Requirements
- Must be available on Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Friday and Sunday availability is preferred.
- Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food
- Set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
- Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
- Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
