AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to provide dining support in their breakfast restaurant, Ravello. This role requires prior experience in Food & Beverage and involves assisting food servers and bartenders, polishing glassware, stocking service areas, and maintaining the back of house. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively with a large team, and possess a flexible schedule. The position is on-call, with required availability on Thursdays and Saturdays, and preferred availability on Fridays and Sundays. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are mandatory.
Requirements
- Must be available on Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Friday and Sunday availability is preferred.
- Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food
- Set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
- Polish glassware
- Stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
- Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
