About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Server (On-Call) to provide dining support in their breakfast restaurant, Ravello. This role requires prior experience in Food & Beverage and a sincere willingness to provide exceptional service to guests and peers. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to guest needs, and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
Must be available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Thursday and Saturday availability is required, Friday and Sunday is preferred

Responsibilities

Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
Read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
