This position provides culinary support in the breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello. The role involves working with cold items, overall preparation organization, and flexibility in cross-training in other outlets, including the hot station. The cook will be responsible for the in-depth preparation of warm items such as meat temperatures, cooking eggs, chicken, sausage, and bacon. A significant part of the role involves working as a breakfast 'short-order' cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items quickly, efficiently, and with high quality, while being able to manage multiple tasks without compromising service or dish quality.
